Ernest provides AI-powered customer support tools for businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Ernest is provided “as is” — we do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but AI responses may occasionally be incorrect.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the knowledge base content you provide to Ernest. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses and ensuring they meet your business standards.

Billing

Free tier accounts have no payment obligation. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ernest for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or negatively impact other users.
